Once we have a ratified contract, we’ll coordinate any necessary inspections and repairs, assist your lender in any way we can and help to coordinate the closing process with your settlement agent.  After closing we’ll be there to help with any questions you have about the process, your new home, neighborhood, schools or anything else!
